Troubleshooting: Is Salad Down? How Do I Connect to the Salad App?
If you’re unable to connect to Salad, please firstly check our status page. From this page you can track the status of various parts of Salad. If our status page reports that Salad is up, please quit and restart your Salad application, and double check your internet connection.
If our status page is reporting problems, it’s possible your app may not load. Please try again later, and watch the status page for updates. Further details about the service disruption will be available on our status page as well.
If you’re completely unable to load our status page either, it’s possible your ISP or router is preventing access to our website. You’ll need to unblock your ISP and router before you can use Salad. You can find a guide to complete this here.
